March is an exceptional time to explore Belize—warm weather, clear reef visibility, and vibrant inland landscapes.
This seven-night journey blends Maya history, slow rainforest mornings, and the ease of island living.
Spend three nights in the northern rainforest region, where you'll visit an ancient Maya site and choose from curated optional activities. Then enjoy three nights on Ambergris Caye, with your included snorkeling excursion, relaxed beach time, and space to enjoy the island. Your final night in Belize City ensures a seamless departure.

Day 1
Sunday, March 8
Arrive at your own pace throughout the day. After clearing customs, meet your arranged transfer and travel north—about an hour—to your accommodations in Belize’s rainforest region. Settle in, explore the grounds, or relax before the days ahead.
Days 2–3
Monday–Tuesday, March 9 & 10
Visit an ancient Maya archaeological site (included). Enjoy additional time in the rainforest with curated optional activities or relaxed downtime.
Day 4
Wednesday, March 11
Transfer back to the airport and fly to Ambergris Caye. Settle into your beachfront accommodations.
Days 5–6
Thursday–Friday, March 12 & 13
Enjoy your included snorkeling excursion on one of Belize’s celebrated reef sites. Additional optional activities, seaside relaxation, and island exploration are available..
Day 7
Saturday, March 14
Fly back to the mainland in the afternoon and stay near the airport for a smooth departure.
Day 8
Sunday, March 15
Transfer to the international airport for flight home.

While each departure may adjust slightly based on season and operations, the detailed outline below reflects the thoughtfully arranged structure of this March journey. Day 1 – Saturday, March 7 Arrival in Belize and transfer to the rainforest Arrive throughout the day at your own pace. After clearing customs, meet your arranged transfer and travel north to your accommodations in Belize’s rainforest region. Settle in, unwind from travel, or explore the local surroundings before your first full day in Belize. Day 2 – Sunday, March 8 Maya archaeological site Begin your immersion into Belize’s history with your included visit to one of the country’s notable Maya sites. Expect tall structures, forested surroundings, and striking views of the landscape. After the visit, return to your accommodations with open time to relax or wander the area. Day 3 – Monday, March 9 Rainforest day at your own pace This day is open for you to choose from curated optional activities such as river outings, wildlife-focused experiences, or nature-based excursions offered in the region. You may also prefer a slower morning, time to read, or a relaxed afternoon exploring town. Optional activities are arranged in advance to ensure smooth logistics and a comfortable pace. Day 4 – Tuesday, March 10 Transfer to Ambergris Caye Begin your morning with a relaxed start before departing for the Belize City area, where you will board a short domestic flight to Ambergris Caye. After landing, settle into your beachfront accommodations and enjoy the shift into island life. Your evening is open for a walk along the shore or dinner at your leisure. Day 5 – Wednesday, March 11 Included reef snorkeling excursion Experience your included snorkeling outing to one of Ambergris Caye’s celebrated reef sites. Expect clear water, diverse marine life, and a well-paced experience supported by vetted partners. Snorkeling gear is provided. After returning to the island, enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your own pace. Day 6 – Thursday, March 12 Island day with optional activities Spend your final full island day however you like. Optional activities may include a second snorkeling trip, sailing, beach relaxation, or exploring town. Whether you choose adventure or rest, optional activities are arranged in advance to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience. Day 7 – Friday, March 13 Return to the mainland Enjoy a relaxed morning on the island. In the early afternoon, take your domestic flight back to the mainland and settle into your accommodations near the airport, allowing for an easy departure the following day. Dinner this evening is open. Day 8 – Saturday, March 14 Departure Meet your arranged transfer to the international airport for your flight home. Your on-the-ground support team ensures transportation aligns with your departure schedule.

We work closely with boutique eco-lodges and resorts across Belize—many with limited availability and firm cancellation policies. Our payment schedule reflects these realities while offering flexibility for early planners.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while considering the commitments made to our partners.

All pricing is based on double occupancy. Single travelers may request their own room for an additional fee or indicate interest in being paired with another guest to share a room and access double occupancy pricing. Families traveling with children may request shared rooming, subject to availability and property layout.

Responsibility & Liability Exploring Earth Together acts as an intermediary between our guests and accommodations, transport providers, and local tour operators. While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from their actions or from unforeseen events. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk. Guests are responsible for assessing their physical abilities and comfort level with each activity. Guest Requirements & Health Disclosure Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate individual needs, but cannot guarantee that all activities or accommodations will be suitable in every case. Changes by the Guest Requests to change or transfer your reservation must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and any costs incurred as a result of the change. Within 60 days of departure, changes may be treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy. Changes by Exploring Earth Together While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as described, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to weather, availability, or other conditions outside our control. In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made, which constitutes full settlement. Force Majeure Exploring Earth Together is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, travel bans, government regulations, or airline disruptions. Photography & Media Consent By participating in a tour with Exploring Earth Together, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the tour begins.
