Deposit & Payment Schedule
To confirm your reservation with Exploring Earth Together, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment timelines vary based on how far in advance you book.
We work closely with boutique eco-lodges and resorts across Belize—many with limited availability and firm cancellation policies. Our payment schedule reflects these realities while offering flexibility for early planners.
 
If you book between September 27 and November 27, 2025 (30–90 days in advance):
• 75% due at time of booking
• Final 25% due December 27, 2025 (day of departure)
If you book on or after November 27, 2025 (within 30 days of departure):
• Full payment due at time of booking
